On this journey, we spend time exploring the gateway to the Amazon, Belem where we meet local chef Wagner Vieira of Toro Gastronomia Sustentável at Ver-o-Peso market. Next, we sail along the Tapajós River aboard the Tupaíu yacht to reach remote corners and meet the communities that call the Amazon home - the Atodi + Jamaraquá community.
